Walker Advances the Ball Despite the Pressure of Two Defenders, Town Lake Park Soccer Fields in Pittsboro North Carolina

My son playing rare offense (he likes the goalie position).  After re-routing the ball from the corner, he advanced it past these defenders to the goal.  Soccer (which I know nothing about) is an interesting game of fast starts and stops.  In this quarter Walker was in almost every play, working with two other teammates to keep the ball in the offensive half of the field most of the time.  Then, near the whistle, he hustled to stop an advance by the other team, resulting in his falling, and an opponent’s cleat on his finger.   Seven minutes of hustling on the field, the fast start to befuddle the other team.  Then an abrupt stop, sitting out the next quarter in the solace of Gatorade.
